ScotMaz have a team of seven Service and Applications Engineers who have in excess of 100 years Mazak experience between them.
We only specialise in Mazak machines and all our Engineers have attended training courses at Mazak’s European Manufacturing Plant, Mitsubishi Germany, Renishaw Ball Bar Testing and Blue Square Digital Levels. On-going training is continually provided on new machine models, with visits to Mazak’s Japan Global HQ scheduled for all our Engineers.
From our central Hub in Stirling, our Engineers operate service vans containing a comprehensive range of test equipment, fast moving spares, a full range of alignment tools, ball bar testing and digital levels, to name a few.
Our Service Team are strategically positioned through-out Scotland to enable us to have an Engineer on site at any one of our 600+ installations in under one hour, with full access to the Mazak Japan Service Page on-site through high specification Laptops with broadband internet facilities.
We provide Service Contracts with 24 hour per day cover, guaranteed 24-hour response by a Mazak trained Service Engineer and bespoke Service Contracts made specifically for your company needs.
With the experience our Engineers have gained, we have been asked by Yamazaki Mazak to undertake work both in UK and abroad.
