To ensure our customers are maximising the full potential of their Mazak machine, we strongly recommend a Preventative Maintenance package.
ScotMaz carry out a service to the standard set by Mazak ensuring all checks are completed. Oils and grease are replenished, along with checking the condition of fans and filters. Alignments are carried out and recorded, along with any other recommendations from our engineer. Any parts required can be ordered and arranged to be fitted at a convenient date. To close the loop on a service, we now have the option to supply the recommended Mobil Oil/Grease for each Mazak machine. Once the service is booked, within 48 hours we can have the correct quantity delivered on a pallet for the engineer to commence.
